The hard facts are happening fast and in your own community. It's everywhere and anywhere, on and off campuses. Just be aware of all the reasons. Knowledge is power. Pay close attention...to your child's behavior, mood changes, who they hang with, their whereabouts, a driver's license is not a rite of passage to being out all hours of the night.
