As a parenting and teen expert, I've had the privilege over the last 20 years of working with families and children, with much of my professional experience as a school counselor, guiding and empowering pre-teens and teenagers. I also have two teenage girls, so I understand the challenges and passion of raising teens.

I created REAL Teen Talk to be an educational resource for parents and families - where I write and post articles about the current trends of adolescence. I share inspiring stories about teens overcoming obstacles, knowing that the pressures they're exposed to are enormous. A huge part of my work is now facilitating workshops and groups for tweens and teens, as well as leading parent education talks. I look forward to connecting with you and practicing how to achieve resilience, balance and the tools to live bravely & with confidence.

Intentions of the Parent Who Bullies
